Default Hopin for '11-'13 200 Convertible feedback

Hi all,
I've spent much enjoyed time here in the past WRT my 2000 JXI. Now that is has about 180k miles, I am considering replacing it. I'm very interested in owner info on the 200 convertibles. Any and all impressions/opinions welcomed. I hate to get rid of my 2000 as my personal taste prefers it's style to the '01-'10. I've read good things in reviews about the '11 + version.

1) What kind of real world combined MPG are you getting with the new 3.6L ?
(Same MPG Q for 2.4L )
2) I am strongly looking at the Hard Top version assuming it has much reduced ambient road noise at highway (and all) speeds. But I think I read that the '11+ soft tops were much quieter (actual insulation in roof?) than prior models/years. If the either the hard top is not as quiet as a sedan or not really much quieter than the same year's soft top, then I can save a lot of money AND actually have a chance of finding more cars in the private party used market.
3) If Soft/Touring model is OK for cabin noise (can use hands free phone and hear and be heard well), then is there a reason to consider the 4 cyl over the 3.6L V6? With MPG 'rated' essentially the same, but the V6 having another 110 HP, I want to understand why to consider a 4 cyl. other than a small price diff.
4) Does Flex Fuel have a use in the real world where Ethanol is not available? In SF Bay area, I have only seen regular fuel (87, 89 & 91 octane). I do not recall ever seeing Ethanol available, but it may be available at special stations I don't know.

5) How are the brakes? My 2000's brakes were seriously under engineered IMHO (too long a stopping distance for safe normal driving).

6) Misc things you really like over your prior Sebring, or maybe like less?

I searched and got no hits for '200 convertible' so if there is a link to discussions of the 200 convertible, please share that. I was hoping to find lots of 200 discussion, but I could not.

Thanks in advance for any info on the above. )
Dave
PS. If you have a '96 - '00 with way more miles than mine, I'd love to hear that too. ;o)
