Low Battery Voltage - 2003 Sebring Won't Start?
2003 Sebring, started fine last Friday, tried to start it yesterday and it wouldn't turn over. All electronics worked, was SOOO close to turning over, but wouldn't. Last night, kept trying and it finally started up. Drove it around, turned it off and back on, works fine. Started up again this morning, but was "chugging" while still in park (felt like maybe a misfire with the spark plugs or bad spark plug wires?!?!), but when I drive it, it is fine.
I have an ODBII plugged in with the DASH app (seems to have a better interface than TORQUE, but I haven't used TORQUE in quite some time) and it was telling me my battery voltage was in the 12 range during my morning commute, which seems low.
Any help diagnosing this would be great! Not sure if its plugs, wires, alternator, or what. Thanks for all the help!

Put in a brand new cold weather grade battery 1.5 years ago, so I doubt that is the problem. But still could be.
I brought it to the mechanic today, I'll update with what they figure out.
Thanks!
