Default Quarter Panel

Hello I'm wondering if my quarter panel can be repaired or does it have to be replaced someone hit our car and ran its a 2004 Sebring Limited we got a new tail light but it wont fit right the quarter panel is just not how it supposed to be and needs to be brought back/undented its not very bad but can it be repaired?

You'll need to take it to a body shop and have them look at it. Many things can be straightened out by a skilled body man but nobody here can offer a legitimate opinion without looking at it. If you don't have insurance, then you will want to discuss your options with the shop or shops. Maybe you can do the dis-assembly work, have them pull it out and paint it, and you can then put it back together. You might be able to save some money that way. Talk to several shops if you can.
A good shop will be able to match the paint perfectly. You'll never be able to do as well with a spray can.
