Exclamation Question about idle

I HAVE A 99 SEBRING LXI, AS OF LATE I NOTICED THAT MY CAR IDLES AT 650-700 RPM WHEN MY AC ISNT BEING USED. IS THIS NORMAL?? I ALWAYS THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE IDLING AROUND 800 RPM'S NO MATTER WHAT... ANY THOUGHTS ON WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS?

NO NEED TO SHOUT. Engine idle is controlled by the computer acting through the idle air control motor. There is no adjustment. With a warm engine, those numbers are in the ballpark.
