I need some help.

My 2006 Chrysler 300's power locks, windows, radio, everything electronic pretty much stopped working. The car will start but it says that the doors are ajar and the internal lights stay on and it keeps dinging. Does anybody have an idea of what could be wrong? I'm mechanically inclined but by no means a master mechanic. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!
