Default 2004 300m having problems adding water

I repair my Chrysler 300M I got the heads done, new head gaskets, timing belt water pumps tensioner new injectors
everything is new, engine started immediately and runs great but I can't go far because I'm having a problem adding coolant to the car, I purchase 2 gallons from the dealer and only a 1/4 when in, the small yellow/ white plastic bottle is full but I know the radiator is empty. ( new thermostat )
Help why I can't add any coolant, I also try water.

open the bleeder screw on the front of the intake. Also the best way is to have a funnel on there to keep the water pressure high to force out any air bubbles

If you run it without coolant you will certainly fry the water pump shaft seal.

Hoses have a lining that can become detached and block circulation. Check your hoses. BTW, the bottom hose should be much cooler than the top hose. The coolant comes out of the radiator at the bottom after it has been cooled.
