Default 2005 300 3.5L Low Speed Surge

Greetings, my very first post. I have a 2005 300 V-6 3.5 70,000 Miles. At low speed, 5-15 MPH the car surges, like it is bucking. I put it in neutral and held the RPM at say 1500 RPM, no noticeable change in RPM. Put it in gear, held foot on brake and pressed accelerator, no noticeable surge. I put a can of injector cleaner in full tank of gas, (2 tanks 2 cans of stuff) no change, still surges. Is it dirty injectors? I don't think so. Just drove from Florida to Chicago on the highway. Shouldn't be dirty now. How about the EGR sensor. What is an EGR? What does it stand for? Is there a sensor that adjusts the gas, air etc. for humidity, temperature? Haven't taken it to a dealer yet.
