Default 2006 300c 2.7l swap to 3.5l?

ok so im looking at buying a 300c with 72,000 miles on it and i hope to get some info from people who know these cars.. the 2.7l engine blew up oil sludging.. those motors suck...i called a local junk yard and found a 3.5l engine with 26k on it my question is is it a direct drop in? ive heard the tranny bolts right up and the starter may not be the same... if anyone knows anything about this please respond it will be greatly appriciated i need to know weather or not the wiring harness for the engine is the same and im assuming the ecu would also need to be from a 300 with the 3.5 and would have to be reprogram any input guys?
