Default 300 3.5 V6 plugs

How the heck do you get to the spark plugs on a 300 with the 3.5 V6 ?

Have to remove the upper intake manifold, then the individual ignition coils on top of each spark plug. I'm showing it pays 2.7 hours cash labor time in the book.
