I have an 06' 300 and whenever we're traveling at speeds above 40 the air conditioner is cold but whenever we're at speeds below that or at a stop the air is warm and it doesn't sound like the fans are coming on.
We've had the freon checked and pulled a vacuum and all checked out fine.
Anyone have any advice?
