Default Cold air coming in under centre console (not A/C issue)

My 2008 300 Limited has had this issue since I bought it new (Oct '08). In cold weather, it's cold on the right side of the driver's seat and cold air comes in from under/beside the centre console. The dealer has been unable to find the source of the problem and fix it. I've had to use blankets over my right leg to make it comfortable to drive. Suggestions? Thanks.
