Default Impossible 300!!!

Hey all.... I'm new to this site, but I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me.
A customer of mine brought me a 2001 Chrylser 300 with a 3.5L that just had the
engine replaced. The new engine was out of a 99 Chrysler LHS. Well... The car runs like crap!! And it seems that nothing wants to communicate with each other. I was wondering
if there was something I'm missing. Please!!! Help!!!

There are no codes. No check engine light or anything either. But my scan tool cant read any data from the data list. And no readiness monitors are setting at all. The guy has already put about 100 miles on it since, thinking he needs to drive it in order to set any codes or monitors. It has good gas and all. Is it true that the 99 LHS motor has any differences from the 2001 300?

Oh yeah, and by running like crap it has a dead misfire, and all the coils were replaced with the plugs. Supposedly they had to replace the PCM in order to keep it running. The original 2001 PCM was causing the car to stall after a second.

So the pcm was replaced too? if so does it have a vin mis match going on? What i would do would be check out why it has a dead miss. maybe its a burnt vavle or bad coil? If it all checks out you can at least say what you do know and what you dont and go from there. right now it sounds like we dont know too much.

New info - Vin is right. Found cyls 2 and 4 are dead. Checked Coils and they're firing. Injectors are pulsing. Pulled the plugs, and they're brand new, however, they were all severely fouled. Cleaned plugs, and cyls 2 and 4 are still dead. Finally was able to read the data screen on my scan tool, however, the misfire graph shows no misfires. Found the pcm was not replaced, the guy that did it lied to them. I'm thinking the PCM is bad or just needs to be reprogrammed, and cyls 2 and 4 injectors need to be replaced. I'm going to be running a fuel injection cleaner through it and see if that helps any.
