Default Need HELP! Dash lit up like a Xmas tree!

After sitting in a cold garage for a few weeks, my battery was dead. My girlfriend went to jump it with a portable power pack and hooked it up backwards! It was only on there for a few seconds, but now I've got a ton of lights on my dash. All ABS related systems don't work. speedo doesn't work, check engine light is on, seat warmers won't turn on, but it seems all other electronics (headlights, tail lights, interior lights) are fine. I checked all the fuses in both panels (front and back) and none are blown. I can't imagine there isn't a fuse to safeguard against this type of thing?! I have already tried resetting the error codes with no luck. Car starts up and drives, but is apparently in some sort of "safe mode" as it won't go above about 20mph and won't shift. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
