Default Problems after ERG valve replacement

I own a 2005 300 3.5L (limited). We replaced my egr valve and the car now runs very rough. It feels like a cylinder missing. Also the check engine light never went off. Can anyone please help.

on the rear of the Intake plenum, there is a Steel pipe that comes up from the egr. Put your hand back there and feel )And Listen) for a vacuum leak. It is common to split the seal on the tube during re-install.

The light does not go out by itself until a specified number of "GOOD TRIPS" occurs, or the lamp is cleared by way of a scan tool...
