Question rattle

Hi i have a 2000 concorde new brakes all around was fine but now when i hit small bumps the LEFT front rattles sounds like the pads rattling in the caliper housing if this is what i think it is is there shims avaliable to stop this so there is no ware on any of the caliper parts????????
