Default Automatic Transmission Fluid Level

Hi,
I have a problem with the transmission oil level. Regardless of temperature of the engine or the ambient, oil is always at the same level between HOT and COLD holes. In the garage I have a temperature of about 20°C (68°F), the car is from 2 days not ridden and oil is at the same level as in the picture.
Should I drain the oil, (once I did it, because when the engine was cold, oil was above HOT hole) ?
I think the previous owner had to pour the oil.

Is the fluid level will be too low, the EVIC will show me some message or warning light about transmissions fluid level?

Thanks.

Are you checking it in Neutral?

Oh, thanks, my mistake, I checked only in the Park.
The fluid level is correct.
Thanks for the reply.

Are you implying that you should check the level while in neutral? According to my owners manual in should be checked in Park.

4. Place the gear selector momentarily in each gear position ending with the lever in P(Park)
