Default Door panel removal - Window motor replacement

I need to replace the motor on my power window in my 2007 Aspen.
It's for the left rear, how is the door panel removed? I do not want to damage anything during the removal.
I saw three screws, one under the door handle and two at the bottom but it still seemed very well attached... so I backed out until i could get more info.

Remove those screws, then left UP on the door panel to lift it off the lock rod and door attachment hooks. Once you've done this, move it away from the door slightly to disconnect the electrical and the inside handle actuator rod.
