you can call a tow truck,most of them have a slim jim,even our taxi's have them,they also boost cars for a price.I always keep a key in my wallet too,I got caught at a shopping mall far from home and I said this won't happend again,of course it did but at least I had my spare after that.

Use a tennis ball with a hole punched in it. Put the ball then on the key hole and push hard on the ball. The air pressure expelled from the ball will cause the lock to unlock. Go to Youtube and you can see the video on this method.
