Default automatic transmission leak

I am a newbie to Crossfire group. I just purchased a 2006 Limited coupe with 13,000 miles. Yesterday I noticed a small puddle of red fluid on the garage floor. When I put the car up on my ramps the bottom of the transmission pan had fluid on it. Any one else had this problem? I am hoping it is only a loose pan or bad pan gasket.

Thanks
