´08 Pacifica vibration only at +59mph
Hello everyone.
I have a 2008 Pacifica 6cyl, automatic. At speeds over 59mph, there is a vibration felt in the floor, driver and passenger seats, it is strong enough that the passenger can feel it (nothing in steering wheel). After I had the right rear wheel bearing replaced, it started this vibration felt in the driver and passenger seats. The bearing was corroded in and had to be soaked in PB Blaster and beaten out with a sledgehammer.
The mechanic who drove the car to diagnose the problem didnt have any idea what was wrong. They put it on a lift and said everything looked fine. It looks like they want to throw parts at it until its fixed at $80/hr plus parts.
Any thoughts/ comments would be greatly appreciated.

Raise the rear of the vehicule and turn the wheels by hand, give them a good spin. If the bearings are fine, you should hear any grinding and rubbing what so ever. Also, what did you do/not do for a bearing to become corroded. I'm thinking that you're corrosion is alot worse than you think it is, and should proceed with a test to check bearing on both sides.
