Default 04 Pacifica AWD Transfer Case

I have a shattered Transfer case in an 04' AWD. I found a good used one to install. What all has to be removed to get the new one in? thanks

Exhaust system, driveshaft, axles, drop the cradle down and then you can get to it. NOT a backyard job.
