Default 06 Pacifica odd rear eletrical issues

I have two specific electrical issues. The Navigation system comes on and shows a map, but will not located the car. And the rear hatch alarm is so quite that you can only hear it faintly from inside the vehicle. So both the nav and alarm are working, just not correctly. The last time they truely worked was 6 months ago prior to a crash where I rear ended a car at 10 mph. Minor front end damaged that was repaired at an autobody shop. No damage that should be related to either the nav system or the real hatch alarm. Both the nav and rear alarm are housed in the left rear of the vehicle. Other electrical issues: when I use the left turn signal, it sounds like a bulb is out but all bulbs are working fine. And one time I came out of the market and the break lights were on. Nothing was leaning against the break pedal and the keys were not in the ignition.

So I took it to the dealer and they said to get a new nav system and a new hatch alarm. Um, thanks for being absolutely no help at all.
Any ideas? Is there a reset button after the battery is removed? A fuse maybe? Any ideas would be appreciated.
