Default 07 Leaking Coolant, tranny lines, rear axels

Over the past week I've noticed a sweet burning smell after the car is parked in the garage. Small red coolant spots have been on the garage floor from time to time. Had it in for an oil change tonight, they said the suspect the coolant leaking from the Timing Cover or Head gasket. There are only 40k on the vehicle. I've checekd all hoses on top by the anti freeze reservoir and all check out ok. My thoughts at first was the water pump, but I've not had a chance to get underneath. I'm fearing the worst.

They also noted that the transmission lines are leaking as well as both rear axel seals. We've owned this for a about a year and a half with no problems until all of this. Is any of this possible to do myself?

Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
