I own a 2003 Pacifica. The car works fine except for a couple months ago, the back hatch stopped opening. We have tried opening it by using the clicker, the overhead button, and trying to open from the outside. Nothing seems to work. I can't find an emergency latch as well. When I took it into a shop, they told me that the entire door would have to be ripped off=expensive!!! Does anyone know how to fix this?!?!?!
