Default 2005 Pacifica ABS Brake & traction control lights on

I have also lost all power to the dual climate control and rear heated seats. The front heated seats work but not the rear ones. The radio/CD/DVD player works. I don't know what is wrong with it but obviously need to get it working - winter time in Missouri and it's cold! With the different things not working ...can someone point me to a specific that might be wrong with it? Seems odd some things work and some don't. I bought a new battery and that didn't fix the problem. Had a new PCM put in it 2 years ago. I really don't want to have to take it to a dealership but can't deal with no heat and then the windows/windshield gets fogged up and I'm wiping them with paper towels so I can see.
