Default 2005 Pacifica EVIC Random Resets

I have a 2005 Pacifica and have recently noted that the EVIC will shut down for 2/3 seconds then return to working order. The event normally occurs after hitting a bump in the road. The strange thing is that it does not occur for every bump and only happens about twice a week. The car does not power down but all lights on the EVIC, and all guages turn off and go to zero for 2/3 seconds and then when the accelerator is hit the EVIC comes back on again. I am not sure if the EVIC is connected to the shocks and I have had it at a dealer twice to get the electrical system checked. On both locations the dealer had no problems appear on his electrical diagnostic tests and could not replicate the problem. I am open to any ideas. I have checked the TSBs for the 2005 pacifica and there is nothing in that arena. I am not sure if it is loose connection on the circuit board or if it is related to an inappropriate ground. I don't even know where the circuit board for the EVIC is located. I can't believe that it is a loose fuse because it happens so intermittantly.
