Default Another woman's remote locking my wife's Pacifica

Hopefully someone has encountered this before, because I'm stumped.

My wife has a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica Limited, and works with another woman who also has a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. This morning, when the other woman was locking her car with her keyless remote, the horn on my wife's car beeped.

The other woman told my wife what happened, so they walked out of work together and the other woman used her remote to open my wife's car.

Unfortunately, my wife didn't attempt to use her remote to open the other woman's Pacifica.

Is there a way to eliminate this problem?

If you have 2 remotes program them again, and again
the system can hold only 4 remote and it will erase the last one
