Default AWD power transfer and rear carrier fluid exchange interval

Just purchased 2007 AWD pacifica.

Re: AWD power transfer unit and rear carrier fluid change:

Owner's manual schedule "A" does not recommend changing these fluids. Schedule "B" suggests changing AWD power transfer fluid every 15K and AWD rear carrier fluid exchanged every 21K.

To me, manual implies to change with schedule "B" only if using vehicle for taxi, police, or delivery service. Or if towing.

Our vehicle is for family use. And we don't tow. Am I correct in assuming these fluids NEVER need to be changed (unless we have a problem)?

Thanks.
