Default Block Heater

Has anyone added a block heater or an inline radiator heater to the 3.5L engine?

Think I may want to do that but as a DIY project.

Have a 2007 Pac with the 4.0L I live in South Dakota and wanted an engine heater installed. It seems that if the car had been ordered from the factory with one it was about a $50 deal. Now it's more like $350 because of the stuff that has to be taken apart to install it. I am running without, but I will say I have not had a problem with cold starts even at below zero temps.
