is this a general thing that only American cars have warped rotors or something?

Default Vibration

Have you tried to retorque the lugs to the proper torque? I have seen people who don't know how to install tires correctly and just tighten the lugs till their impact gun stops turning.
I would try and jack it up loosen all the lugs and torque them in a cross pattern starting at 30' lbs. and then 60' lbs and final 95ft. lbs.

Default ABS brake shudder

Also have issues with violent shudder of ABS brake system. Only happens going down hill at high speeds, freeway speeds. Just a tap on the brake causes the ABS braking to kick in and the whole car to shudder. Is their a sensor that detects the angle the car is driving? if you are on the flats driving freeway speeds it doesn't happen.

There are 4 ABS sensor which detects speed and\or spin of the wheel but do not detect angle of descent of car. May be wires on on of the ABS sensor anr loose or stripped. If you have not replaced the ABS sensors before, then may be one of the ABS sensor is bad.

Is ABS light is on?
