I have a chrysler pacifica 2004, and have lots of problems when filling the gasoline. It stops after a like 10 liters (less than 3 gallon) even though it is by far not full. The guys at the gasstation have to fill it up very slowly to get it full.....
I know I have to change the gaspump, because the card that is in the gas pump that sends the information whether the tank is full or empty is broken. But I am waiting to save some money to get it repaired, and try to get the part imported from US. Can the change of fuel pump take care that I get rid of the filling up problems, or are these two things not related. Last time they took out the gas tank and I have been told that the hoses that are present to take care the air gets out of the fueltank are not blocked....
Any ideas ??
Thanks,
Patrick
