Default humming noise at highway speeds

Hi, I have an 05 Pacifica with 90K miles. Recently when going above maybe 30-40 miles an hour I hear what sounds like humming from the rear of the car. Current tires have about 15k miles on them and I believe I've rotated them once. Last week I had them rotated again and front/rear alignment but the sound is still there. The alignment was off so maybe I have to "wear the tires back to normal"? As I'm driving the humming is not constant but I hear it 90% of the time. Anything else I should consider?
Thanks, Jeff

Make sure your wife's not in the back seat, they tend to hum a lot..

Tell your wife to wait until the red light to do that. Or just find a rest area or a park.
