Default Leather Seats

Did a search and didn't find anything specifically relating to this.

I just purchased a 2007 Signature Edition Pac with leather seats. I notices yesterday that the driver's seat is starting to separate at the seams. It looks like the material is actually tearing where it is stitched.

Anyone know off hand if this is covered by the manufacturers warranty?

Thanks Xfire. Thats what I was hoping to hear. I just haven't had a chance to get it in to the dealer yet.

2-9-09 Update: I called the local Chrysler dealer today and was told it is in fact covered by the warranty. When I go in to get it looked at, I need to ask them what happens if after another 19,000 miles, it happens again when it is out of warranty?

Has anyone else had this problem with leather seats?

Check out Zaino Brothers leather cleaner and leather conditioner; this stuff prolongs the life of leather seats and keeps that beautiful new leather smell. I've used a lot of leather cleaners in my day and this one easily is the best. I currently use it on my 05 Pacifica, and I have only minor blemishes, mostly caused by my kids scratching the 2nd row seats.
