well here is some more questions are u getting a brand new pcm? if so U will need to ahve it at a dealer to be programed they are blank when we get tehm.
If u are getting a used one I hope u are getting one that is already programed with your vin for your car if not dont bother installing it U will be up **** creek if U do.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Raise vehicle and support. 3. Remove the left front wheel. 4. Remove the left front splash shield.
5. Unlock and remove the 4 connectors . 6. Remove the 3 mounting screws . 7. Remove the PCM.

Check on eBay for a pcm. You give them your VIN and mileage and they program the pcm for you. I got one for my Sebring that way. It was about $200 including shipping both ways, and it works perfectly.

I had a super bad experience with flagship. I need one for my work van. Ordered it waited 2 weeks had a tracking number had not moved. Contacted support there account manager for me said be shipped in 1 week ok well 1 week nothing . called like 3 more times said they had software issues with Chrysler 1 more week. Well 5 weeks into it and nothing never hear any thing from CS support. I call to cancel the order. I order i from my usual places gets here in week and a half fixed. Took them another 3 weeks to get the refund even started back to me. What a whole bunch of BS.
