Default new plugs, now won't start

I was getting a #5 misfire code so replaced valve cover gasket, all plugs, pcv valve and put back together.

It now won't start now. It turns over and feels like its going to start but never does.

Any suggestions?

ScAndal,

This no start could be caused by any number of things including all the work you've just done.

Can you provide more specifics about your vehicle.
Model year, mileage etc.?
