Default No high beams! Help needed

Hi I am new to this forum,I have Chrysler Pacifica 2005 3.5 Touring
My high beams suddenly stopped working, low beams are ok but whatever I switch to high not work,I measured the voltage on the high beam wire there is constant 3-4 volts no matter I switch the high beam switch.I have scanner I scan the BCM make actuation test for the stick on the steering wheel it shows that it works, the high beam indicator on the dash also shows, checked the ground its ok,cannot figure out whats going on?
