Default P0403 cannot figure out!

P0403 comes up no matter what. Changed the egr solenoid out 3 times, the crank position sensor, checked the wiring all good connections, checked the g100 ground and cleaned up(was fine before. It just to make sure), only thing left is the pcm...any suggestions? 2004 Pacifica v6 3.5L 101k miles. Battery also has good voltage but drips acid sometimes so it seems.

Any solution to this problem? I have an identical problem. I changed my EGR valve to original Mopar and after 2 hours, the problem came on again. By the way, no difference in drive-ability.

Ok, just an update. I checked the ground wire under the battery and 1 of them (the single wire) had a brittle connector that got easily removed. I changed it and haven't seen any error codes yet after a full day ride. *fingers crossed*
