Default Plenum replacement

Ok I am fixing to replace my plenum because of code P2016 and want to know if the computer has to be flashed or if this is just plug and go. I found out that the new plenum has been redesigned by Chrysler and has a new part number verses the original that came on the car.

then yes it will haft to be programmed to the car and unless you plane to do it in the dealer parking lot or tow it after words u might want to get a game plan.

Just curious, why a full plenum replacement and not just the runner control? Have not dealt with or researched the problem. Thx.

Chrysler redesigned the plenum for the 4.0L and after looking at the price of different parts that make up the plenum and thinking about the other parts could also be the problem it was cheaper to replace the full plenum
