Default Popping/clicking noise

When I back out of the driveway in the morning and turn the wheel to the left and then put the trans into drive and crank the wheel to the right and apply light throttle there is a popping/clicking noise that sounds very similar to a worn CV joint. I've had this into the dealer under warranty and they've changed lower control arms, sway bar links, front and rear motor mounts, and put a rubber gasket on the half shafts that is supposed to fix this issue.

Curious if anyone else has any ideas. At 64,000 it seems way too early for cv joints to be failing. I tow my boat with my PAC and I'm starting to get a little worried when I pull my boat out of the water on steep boat ramps that one of the axle joints will let loose under load. Dealer says axles are fine but also can't fix the clicking/popping.
