There is no reset....

Look for damage to PCM or wiring harnesses in left front corner, particularly behind the headlamp assembly.

Dealership told me I needed a new computer when I got that message after I bumped into a low stone wall two years ago. I got the same message a week and a half ago when my '06 pacifica had been sitting in the driveway. Didn't hit anything! According to the manual, to program a key, you turn a programmed key to the on position for 3 seconds then off. Then turn the new key to on for up to 15 seconds. I tried the same thing with my existing key that would not turn on the car. Guess what? It works now!

Default Service immobilizer code 06 pacifica

Just got this code. I only have 1 key that the dealer gave me. No close dealer to me. I read that you can reset your key yourself? Does anyone know how? I checked my online user manual as the dealer never gave me one, and it tells how to set a new key using the original, but if my original won't work what do i do? I have an appointment with a dealer an hour away this week, but i can't get my car started.

blyzo,

Welcome to the forum, I hope your wife wasn't hurt.
Djinn-n-Tonic brings up a good point as the Sentry Key Immobilizer System (SKIS) works in conjunction with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
If one or both of these systems were damaged in the collision, your vehicle may not start and would require repairs.
Keep us posted with the fix if you can.

Sorry for bumping this thread but im having the same issue, service immobilizer on display.

I noticed my wiring under the car was ripped apart, more than likely my dog.....We've noticed some small rats around the yard but nothing too big. Anyways, I was able to wire some of these guys back up, nothing fancy but enough to make contact. I still have to clean it up, solder it and tape it up.

This is in the back, 3/4 of the way to the rear of the car, down the middle.
Does anyone know what this is for?

Car is still not turning on though, keeps saying SERVICE IMMOBILIZER.

Any help would be appreciated.
