My Uconnect has stopped working. It sees the cell phone, and hooks up to it, but calls don't go thru the uconnect (car).
Nothing happens when I press the phone button on the mirror.
Any help?

Same thing happened to me. I somehow turned the uconnect volume down all the way down using the steering wheel volume control on the rear right hand side of the steering wheel.

Try this... hit the uconnect button on your rear view mirror and immediately raise the volume on the steering wheel volume control. It worked for me.

 

Thanks, but not sure this will work, I've hit the button and turned the volume up on the radio itself and got nothing. When I push the button, it mutes the radio but we don't here the voice prompts.

 

Trust me.

1. Press the uconnect button
2. verify the radio mutes
3. Press and HOLD the top rear volume button on the steering wheel (10-15 seconds)
