Will it fit? Cross Bars

I've been looking for a set of cross bars for a while now and will be needing a set soon to go on vacation. These keep turning up in my Ebay searches and while they list Pac's as an "also fit", I'm doubting since our roof rails have no open area underneath like rails on most other vehicles. Any idea if these will actually fit? Here's the listing:
