The middle shoulder belt that has the retractor in the back of the seat for some reason would not retract then when I opened cover and manually retracted it now it will not release so I cannot raise seat.
The seat is now in the down position as if I were going to remove it and the seat belt is not releasing.
According to the manual it should not be doing this LOL
Any Ideas how I can manually release it or does it need replaced??
All other belts are fine so it is not due to a wreck or anything.
