Hi all--
Two weeks ago hubby and I bought a low mileage 2008 black PT, auto, and had a fab time bombing around in it. We added wide white walls with black rims and chrome rings to match our 1941 black Chevy.
Life was super-fine until the PT stalled. The 41 Chev? no problem--it never stalls--the '08? 2 weeks old? Yup, it stalled and would NOT start!
It turned over and started for 15 seconds or so and then stalled--this happened a couple of times and then when I tried it again, nothing!
It's been in the dealer's shop for 2 days--THEY can't figure it out!
Battery and all lights are good--got that nasty engine light icon though. The car simply had no power, no turn-over, nothing. Like it died...with white walls to boot.
WHY? The PT was parked, in the driveway overnight--Sooo glad it wasn't on the freeway or in a dark alley at night.
Love my PT...Why is this happening? Does anyone have any ideas or advice?
