Power outlet in center console

I just purchased an '09 PT Cruiser LX model and was looking to install the power outlets that are missing. I believe I have found the wiring harness end for the trunk outlet. I need to know if there is a pre-wired harness for the outlet in the center console area. I have a panel plug in the center console where a plug would go. Is there a pre-wired harness end there somewhere?
