Exclamation PT Cruise parts from NEON

My mother was in an accident in her 2002 PT Cruiser with the 2.0 5 speed. Another car hit her driver's side front tire. The body work I can handle but I was wondering if I could get away with buying a Dodge Neon with a blown engine and taking the front end parts off it I need to fix the PT Cruiser. I know they are similar but I don’t know if they are the same. I would like to find a PT Cruiser with a blown engine but they are harder to come but than a Neon. Any help would be great.

Go to your local Chrysler dealer. Get friendly with the parts counter guy. Ask him to look up the parts you need for both the PT Cruiser and the Neon. (He can do it.) If the same part number comes up, you're golden.
