Spark plug access - Chrysler Forum

My brother in law asked me the other day about accessing the plugs located under the intake on his P/T. I have never worked on one, and would like to know if removal of the intake is going to be necessary, or is there a trick ?

u haft to take it off inorder to get the the last 2

Thank you. I had a feeling that was what he was gonna have to do. He asked, and I have never worked on one, but he is pretty handy with a wrench. But I figured I would check ya never know ?

Are there any tricks? Or is it just 'take apart and put together in reverse order' procedure?

take apart and go back no tricks

You donâ€™t need to take it right off. All you got to do is take out the 8 mm that hold the plastic manifold. Once their unbolted. Get a long extension and jam is up u get access to all 4 spark plugs. So yes there is a tip.

thats not a tip its still off just the hoses and connectors are still on.
