08 Sebring- help!
My 2008 Chrysler Sebring began to intermittently honk last week. We disconnected the horn as I had to wait awhile to be seen by Chrysler. It was believed that it was the TIPM and Chrylser would need to fix it. Yesterday, while driving I lost power steering and car shut off. Was pushed to side of road and then the car went back on however stalled again a few miles down the road. When we tried to get it to start it sounded just horrible. Can these two things be related? We already know it is not the alternator or the fuel pump.

"Yesterday, while driving I lost power steering and car shut off."
More probably, the engine stalled and as a result, you lost power steering.
"When we tried to get it to start it sounded just horrible."
Sorry, there's no way to diagnose "horrible" sounds over the internet.
"Can these two things be related?"
Maybe. Attach a good code reader to the car's plug made for that purpose and see what the computer has stored by way of error codes. The stall may have left a code in there.

As far as the sound went it was like the engine wanted to turn over and was getting stuck. It was having a hard time turning over and making noises. If I start the car now it will start. However, I am not driving the car because it will stall out. Could a sensor be causing this problem?
