Default 2002 Sebring Stalling when damp/wet out

I hear this is a common problem, but I've read various different fixes.

Starts fine in the morning, but when it's cold and damp out it won't start after short trips and sometimes will stall/almost stall at lights. Won't start up again unless you pump the gas. It was fine all winter, in the spring it had the problem, then it was fine all summer, now that fall is approaching it's starting to do it again so it's definitely temperature/humidity related (was fine in the rain in the summer).

Also have a problem with the temperature. It takes forever for heat up. I'm generally done driving before it does which makes this dangerous to drive in the winter.

Help/suggestions appreciated.

Hmmmm. Not ringing any bells. Temperature and humidty related suggests it might be electrical. Have the spark plugs ever been replaced? Might start there as it's relatively cheap.
Most electrical issues will generate a code. What are you using to read the codes?
