Default 2007 Chrysler Sebring Weird Issues

The other day my car decided to completely fail on me in so many aspects.
Now I notice that there are red horizontal lines through the display screen on my instrumentation cluster, and when I open the door to get out of the car the display still says "Key in ignition" which is isn't.

Here is the other issues occurring with the vehicle (Aren't working):

-All buttons on my key kob
-All automatic locks for the car
-Analog clock does not light up (Even with it properly connected again)
-Any sounds for the car (Like signal light sounds/door open sounds)
-The light in the passenger side overhead mirror
-Check engine light is now on
-Truck button does not work
-Any interior lighting (Other than the radio and climate controls)

If anyone has seen these issues please share your insight, this all happened after some electrical work was done the vehicle.

Nobody here knows what kind of mistake(s) you might have made when pulling the instrument panel apart and soldering in your new inverter. At least with the check engine light on, there will be some error code(s) stored in the computer, which is a place to start. A Chrysler dealership has available a very sophisticated scan tool that can probe deeply into the various systems of the car and provide diagnostic information for many electrical functions. They have a considerable amount of money invested in that tool and in the training to use it properly so they don't do it for free but if you want some definitive answers you're going to have to take it in and have it checked out by the proper methods. The only other suggestion I would offer is that if you have run down the battery during this episode, that may be part of the problem. Car computers start acting weirdly when the battery is low.

Jauniaux,

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with your Sebring.
I agree with dcotter0579 in saying the vehicle should go to a Chrysler dealer for an inspection.
Identifying any trouble codes may shed light on the issue and ultimately help resolve effectively.
